Martin & Co increases the size of its franchise support team

Martin & Co, one of the UK's largest dedicated letting agencies, announced recently that it has welcomed a new member to its head office’s team. According to the information provided, Sarah Clayton has joined Martin & Co in the brand new position of "New Business Trainer" within the Training Academy team. The position was created, the company says, to increase the support and training available to all franchise owners.

Sarah commented, "I wanted the chance to pass on my experience to others in the industry and step back from the office front line. I am looking forward to working with franchise owners and their staff, not only on our training courses but also through office visits across the network."

Ian Wilson, Managing Director said, "People want careers and not just jobs. Our Training Academy will deliver over 2000 delegate days of training this year to both franchise owners and their staff. Because we provide great training, at convenient regional centres, our franchise owners find it easier to recruit and retain the most talented staff.
