People joining our network spend an intensive 4 weeks at our company in Coburg or in Bamberg to learn about the business. Here you learn all about the processes and procedures which are important for running a private employment agency (acquisition, customer advice, contracts, drawing up offers etc) by actively taking part in the business as well as participating in seminars. The four-week period can be split up into smaller periods or spread across different people.
During the start-up phase, we provide you with support through coaching and carrying out on-site checks.
