Business conceptOwning a Card Connection franchise allows you to buy into an established company and a proven business idea. Franchisees enjoy the flexibility of being their own boss but with the knowledge and dedication of an established and highly successful organisation behind them. Card Connection franchisees have their own exclusive territory with an extensive customer base. We offer all Franchisees immediate income and a portfolio of unique range of greeting cards on a consignement basis. Each Franchisee has approx. 150 customers to service.. Franchisees operate from their homes. Running a Card Connection franchise is simple: • Install a greeting card display in an independent retail outlet or a National Account (e.g. Londis). • Return a month later (or as agreed with the retailer) to restock the display. • Collect your money for the stock sold and restock the outlet. All transactions are recorded on an electronic handheld terminal and National Accounts are automatically processed by Head Office. A Card Connection Franchise requires a small storage unit, liveried vans and staff to cover the key functions of packing and merchandising. This is a proven system – one that Card Connection excels at – and it’s a no-hassle, no initial cash outlay deal for the retailer who only pays for what he sells. With a Card Connection franchise, you need no previous experience in greeting cards or selling as excellent training is provided. You simply reap the rewards of running your own business without the risks attached to starting your own venture. Developing our Franchisees businesses is critical to our success and we recognise the importance of discussion and communication with our network. In addition to an annual conference, we hold regular meetings throughout the year, and distribute a weekly newsletter to ensure that we have the information required to develop the business together. A wide support network means you will be assigned your own Franchise Manager who will work closely with you on developing your business. We are widely regarded as one of the UK's most successful franchise operations. You do not need any previous retail experience as training at our head office in Farnham covers all aspects of running your franchise business, from market knowledge and stock management, through to merchandising expertise. |
