Bliman es considerado como uno de los expertos con mayor experiencia en Latinoamérica. Por su parte, Gabriel Grasiuso, pionero del desarrollo de Franquicias en Uruguay confirmó igualmente su presencia con una delegación de empresas y franquicias paraguayas.
