A COB loaf is one of our most popular crusty breads and that's where our name comes from. The increasing demand for our products is based on the love for freshly baked bread and the growing demand for nutritionally sound produce.

Our comprehensive training program will be conducted at one of our training bakeries and takes between 12 and 16 weeks. When the need arises, we'll provide additional training and development on an ongoing basis.
Our operational team will provide ongoing support and guidance for effective business management. They are experts in product safety, occupational health, safety standards and many more relevant topics.
We'll also support you during the site selection process by locating viable precincts and negotiating leases directly with landlords. It's our desire to match each franchisee with the most appropriate location.

Our financial assistance includes payroll systems, disclosure of group reports, cash flow, reporting and negotiating bakery liability insurance through group coverage for you.
