BIG FISH is a one stop solution for all printers. We offer printer supply, maintenance, repairs and toner cartridges. For customers who appreciate a truly green solution, we offer our remanufactured toner cartridges, which are produced in the UK. Our remanufactured toner cartridges are also consistently lower priced than new ones.

We believe that buying a new printer is an investment, and that's why we offer independent expert advice to our customers. Our products include:

We believe that prevention is always better than cure. We offer our customers the SAFETYNET guarantee to call out within a single working day, if anything should go wrong with their printers. If repair time exceeds 24 hours, we will supply a loan printer or fax until we have completed the repair and the original printer or fax is back at its place.

Our technicians are ready to provide help whenever one of our customers makes an emergency call. We provide rapid on site services, and in any case, if we can't repair a printer or fax, we don't charge anything.

As a BIG FISH franchisee, you'll be an Active Service Provider of all major printer brands such as Lexmark, Konica Minolta, Tally Genicom, and Kyocera.
