Moe’s Southwest Grill to open five franchise restaurants in Minneapolis

Moe’s Southwest Grill, a fast-growing restaurant franchise best known for its southwest fare and distinct brand culture, has announced that it has signed a deal to bring five new restaurants to the Minneapolis area within the next three years. According to the information provided, the first of the five restaurants will open late summer in Bloomington, Minn.

Franchise partner Paul Cherwien commented, “We are excited to expand Moe’s presence in the Minneapolis market with our fun, relaxed atmosphere and fully-customizable menu. Soon, everyone in Minneapolis will be looking forward to hearing our famous ‘Welcome to Moe’s!’ greeting when they walk in.”

Moe’s Southwest Grill has, it says, continued to outpace competitors by offering a fun, unmistakable culture, as well as fresh, made-to-order food with more than 20 flavorful ingredients. Furthermore, the company is also attracting a record number of franchise inquiries from entrepreneurs who want to be associated with the restaurant brand. The company has grown to more than 440 locations in just 10 years and Moe’s is planning to double this to a total of 800 locations nationwide by the end of 2015. (kbp)
