Auntie Anne’s certified a world-class franchise

Auntie Anne’s, one of the world’s largest hand-rolled soft pretzel franchises, has announced that it has received the World-Class Franchise certification from the Franchise Research Institute and FranSurvey.

According to the information provided, the recognition comes after an independent survey conducted by the Franchise Research Institute, in which 71.6% of all Auntie Anne’s franchisees participated. The survey was designed to determine the level of franchisee satisfaction within the Auntie Anne’s franchise partner system.
Bill Dunn, President and COO of Auntie Anne’s, Inc., commented, “For the last six years, we’ve partnered with FranSurvey to obtain critical feedback on the areas where we are performing solidly, as well as the areas we need to focus on for continued improvement. The FranSurvey process equips us with the knowledge to best position our corporate teams to provide our franchise partners with the dedicated resources and services they need to maintain a thriving business model.”

Auntie Anne's® franchised restaurants sell a variety of snack and meal options for people on-the-go and can be found in shopping malls, outlet centers, airports, train stations, travel plazas, colleges/universities, and non-traditional shopping and entertainment centers.
